Shipping policy
The provider will deliver the goods or services within the agreed period of 1â2 working days.
The delivery partner for ooo-la-la.com packages is GLS. However, the provider reserves the right to select another delivery service if this allows the order to be fulfilled more efficiently.
Delivery and packaging are charged to the customer at the end of the order as a separate item on the invoice. Packaging and delivery are free for orders over EUR 80.00.

- Croatia: EUR 8.00
- Austria: EUR 18.00
An additional fee of EUR 2.99 applies to cash-on-delivery payments. The full amount is paid upon delivery.
Delivery time
Goods that are in stock will be delivered within 1â2 working days.
For products marked âCurrently out of stockâ, we cannot guarantee delivery within this period.
Free delivery
Packaging and delivery within Slovenia are free for all orders exceeding EUR 80.00.

All our packages are dispatched in neutral packaging. The contents of the package are not visible or identifiable from the outside. The package displays only its value and the recipientâs address.
